| I know I've posted about this before, but it seems to be getting worse and worse these days. I live in Sutton Court Road, and am woken almost daily about 4.30 am by night (presumably incoming) flights - usually 6 or 7, increasing in number,until then of course the usual 6am ones start in earnest. I understood that the 4.3o am flights were landing only for a short period while one of the runways was being resurfaced a year or two back, but things have just got worse and worse. I am a very light sleeper, and though I go to bed early to try and at least get some sleep in, but it has now got to the point where I will have to go to bed at 8 in order to get a decent amount of sleep, which is of course impossible in a block of flats because of people going about their business. Anyone else finding these early flights so disturbing, or is it just me? p.s. yes, I have rung the airport and just get fobbed off. |
