| The Hounslow Council app is called 'Sort It' but if you search for it on here you'll see that it hasn't got great feedback. The best online tool to use is Fixmystreet - you can use it on a mobile, other people can see the issue raised and you get an acknowledgement of your complaint. Would it be a surprise that given the FixMyStreet complaints go into the public domain they are likely to get looked into before the ones that go on the alternative service that Hounslow no doubt paid quite a lot of money to develop. |
