Iris If you can find the appropriate person, you can send them an email directly. The problem is that LBH will ignore you and your complaint. They are not in the slightest bit interested in dealing with residents or their views / complaints. If you decide to escalate your complaint to stage 2 or 3, you will enter the labyrinth of LBH complaints process where the legal department separates out your complaint into two or three different bits and allocates it to different departments. You will then be bounced between them until you give up and go away. It's a total waste of time, they are not interested. |
