For those interested, Hounslow Council have been kind enough to share the number of equities and complaints received to date on this. I assume that the official complaint from the Glebe Estate is GERA (?). 1. How many complaints / objections have been submitted by other residents on the Glebe estate to this proposal? · We have received 1 official complaint from the Glebe Estate. We have received 42 objections (not including your own) to the introduction of the wheeled bin. We have also received 4 general enquiries (wish to know size of bin etc) and 2 enquiries regarding the sharing of the bin between flats and neighbours. 2. I would also be grateful if you could confirm the number of residents from the Glebe Estate who have requested not to receive a wheeled bin. · As stated above, we have received 43 objections of residents who do not wish to receive a wheeled bin. Ten residents (including yourself) in the Glebe Estate area have opted out and are disposing of the waste themselves at Household Waste & Recycling Centres. This is from data compiled yesterday afternoon of all enquiries we have received 23/10/14 when we started to receive feedback from residents regarding the wheeled bins. |
