| No offence meant, Phil, but it's just that the normal rules of accountability and customer service simply don't apply to Hounslow Highways. You could never imagine how shockingly bad they are at this until you are unlucky enough to find yourself in the position of trying to talk to them. That's the only reason I asked if you'd ever had dealings with them. They have to be experienced to be believed. |
