| No-one, Russell. You accept that you've been shafted by a monopoly provider in league with an unaccountable (in Chiswick) local authority and you wish it could be possible to declare UDI - or at least reframe the Borough's boundaries so it contains, mostly, householders more like you. This lack of transparency is so deeply offensive and all the more so because it's made supported and encouraged by Hounslow Council. |
