Ta. I'll advise them to contact the council. They are stuck in the initial 6 month period I believe so unless the landlord agrees to release them they cannot go. They could stop paying the rent due to the landlords refusal to fix the duff boiler although there's no legal grounds for doing this. Duff boiler and refusal to fix - I wonder what the Gas Safety Certificate situation is? I'll love to know. |
