Some friends (young married couple, no kids) need a cheap rental flat/home quite quickly - are there any known agencies for rentals that are short term designed to stop squatters etc getting in? Occupation as security sort of thing? Their current landlord (in Kingston area) has failed to get the boiler fixed and they have no heating nor hot water. I have advise them to go to the CAB but they really need somewhere else to live asap. Any ideas?
