I didn't realise that Wasps are planning to buy a majority shareholding in the stadium.

I can understand why they want to do this as owning your ground seems to provide a better basis for long term financial security than renting but it is a pity they can't do this in London.  I suppose green field locations, like Saracens stadium, are pretty scarce.
