The football league has a primacy of tenure requirement for clubs so Coventry City FC will always get first choice of dates for fixtures.  Its the same in Swansea where the stadium is owned by the council and shared between rugby and football.

Ricoh's deal for naming rights is up next year so they will get millions from selling the stadium name to someone as well.

The whole thing reminds me of US sports where team owners just up sticks and move their franchise to a different city for more money leaving the hometown fans without a team.
