Definitely not worth using multiple agents any more. 90% of sale origination comes from the internet these days so as long as your property is on key search engines it makes little difference who the agent is. There is a marginal advantage of going with a long established locally based independent agent like Andrew Nunn, Faron Sutaria or Harper Finn (formerly Oliver Finn) because they will have a better feel for the area.
