Go with one agent exclusive for a period. If no sale then get 1st agent to agree 2nd agent to be instructed but 1st agent keeps existing fee structure. 2nd agent will probably charge higher multiple agent fee but if they are that keen then you can negotiate. But 1st agent will then be incentivised more. It's amazing how a bit of competition can cause increased focus ..... however do listen to 1st agent - if house overpriced or -ve feedback from viewings then won't matter who you use - it won't sell particularly in current market where prices have peaked and people are getting jumpy re interest rate rises.
