| 'In my Duke Road flat a private buyer saw the for sale sign so I sold it privately for cash' You might want to ask for this statement to be removed from the public domain because it could be an admission to fraud. The private buyer wasn't really such because they effectively found your property through the agent's advertising and they would be entitled to a commission. |
