| Re reading your posts, think you've been watching the same series but on Sky - on BBC 2 iPlayer, they've only got the last 5 episodes, including the final. Hope there will be another series - it's always heartwarming to see young people come from way down and succeed through their own enthusiasm, hard work and efforts. The fact that these youngsters received top class guidance and encouragement, lead to their progress from ingnorant dumbos to excellent chefs. While catering colleges can't employ Michelin starred chefs they should strive to obtain really good teachers. Catering colleges, like hairdressing/beauty colleges, may be being viewed as the least demanding option for teenagers leaving school with only limited education exam results. However, with the right guidance and teaching see where it can take them! |
