There was a panel to listen to all who were called to that session (can't remember exactly their 'titles' and why they were in that position) and they stuck to the script. Every person who went up before me (about 10) got the same exact answer - that was sorry but you'll have to wait for next overall reassessments of Council Tax bandings. I was furious particularly for the time wasting and let them know. They did apologise but actually said nothing they could do. So suppose I should have said waste of time rather than deaf ears.
