| Hi Julian, I suppose you have probably seen this webpage on the Council's website which does give some key numbers?: http://www.hounslow.gov.uk/index/contact_us.htm But sometimes, quite frankly, you need a human to help you decide which extension to call (ie. whether yours is a "query" or a "complaint" etc...) |
