| ‘.. it's not illegal to import or buy them..’ Then it clearly should be, as it makes no sense to let people buy these potentially dangerous things when riding them in most public places is illegal. Importers and vendors must know that very few purchasers will be spending their time riding round their private estate! This makes the law a laugh, and the police have to waste their time trying to clear these machines from our streets when they shouldn’t be allowed to get that far. |
