| I remember talking to a couple of friends, one a Police Inspector, the other a Chief Inspector, many years ago, not long after these cameras appeared (if you could find them that is, as often they were deliberately hidden), and they told me that the sole purpose of them was to make money. "Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose". |
