| Indeed, as far as I am concerned the more trčes the better. I left helping promote a local society because they wanted stupidly to lobby to remove trees in front of St Michael's Chirch on Bath Road because they said they blocked the views of the church. Nonetheless leaves still need to be managed. I have no idea what previous posters were referring to - it absolutely is the responsibility of the council to remove leaves on public highways, and as for not suing given the huge impact on my work and personal life from months of not being able to work etc properly given I could only really use my left hand for months, I certainly would consider suing if there is a repeat. Unfortunately my poor dogs and I will just have to stay in - so no work meetings, dog walks or social life if the highways are a hazard due to leaves. I guess the councils jut don't give an xxx |
