If these numbers are available then perhaps it would be best if they were put in the public domain and that would give people some reassurance. However, while I know little about arboriculture, I'd be concerned that assuming that the number of trees that need replacing will follow historical norms would be optimistic in an era of rapidly changing weather patterns. |
