| I am a bit concerned that presumably the Parks dept are taking over from Hounslow Highways,and from what I have picked up I am not sure that they have the same expertise. Also HH buy in trees every year and presumably get discounts for scale orders which could now be lost. And also HH are very careful about the trees that they use and very knowledgable about them. It also seems rather daft to divide the roles. But as a mere resident maybe I am deluded |
