| Quite right. Parents are getting more and more lazy and nonplussed about how their children behave. And litter is everywhere because the youth just expect the Council to clean up after them. Unfortunately Hounslow Council is one of the worst for dealing with litter, overflowing bins and prosecutions. They need to take some lessons from a well run Borough like Richmond. |
