| I'm assuming at the relevant places there are 'No Motor Vehicles Except for...' signs, together with some helpful 'No through route to....' The explanations on the LBHF websites seem only to mention the installation of cameras with no mention of signs. At a glance, some of the restrictions seem to be half way down roads and in the middle of estates, by which time it's not easy to take an alternative route. |
