| Fair enough. There is money available its a question of priorities. London already has too few bridges. The ongoing closure of Hammersmith bridge merely overloads other routes. The H&F clean air schemes would be welcome in W4, addressing the issues of created restricted communities in certain areas by allowing broad access to all borough residents while removing genuine through traffic. They also have consulted extensively with residents. Will LBH look and learn? |
