| My route to my nephew in Tooting on Sunday takes me down the Fulham Palace Rd, over Putney Bridge then sharp left to Wandsworth, then south to Tooting. Am I right in thinking that I can manage this without being fined for daring to leave my own part of London on a day when there is no public transport? Any advice appreciated! |
