I said *we* wasted a lot of food with a big shop: "The last thing we want is a rammed fridge and fully stocked shelves - half of it got thrown away anyway." The only part of the post where I told anyone to do anything was this: "if you like your food, go and buy it fresh from a local Chiswick bakery, butcher or fishmonger, not bloody Morrisons!" That's an exhortation to support our local stores Maggie (use 'em or lose 'em as a chap on here used to say). But now you get to complain that Ed is banning you from visiting the supermarket. Claire can weigh in and say I'm forcing terminal patients out of their beds (she actually said that!) and then you can say something nasty about cyclists, which is the reason you get up in the morning. And indeed what you did: "I love that Ed is dictating how we shop. Completely inappropriate, but it’s what cyclists do." |
