Thanks everyone for the responses. Now I'm getting nervous if we chose the wrong school. I will have to drop off two other younger girls near to (one in primary and another in nursery) Chiswick school but my daughter wanted to go to a girls school and this one seemed to have better outcomes than the others mentioned. I was thinking to drive all three to drop them off until we got used to living there. Is that completely unthinkable? Alternatively, if that is not possible, then we can practice doing the school run with tube (distinct and then Piccadilly) in the summer before school starts. Is that normal that 11YO children are taking the tube by themselves? I already emailed the chiswick summer courses a long time ago but didn't get any response, I'll try again. I already signed up for girlguiding in Chiswick as well. |
