| It might be worth contacting one of the local primary schools as there might very well be girls in Year 6 who will be transferring to EWS. I would suggest that you accompany her initially and build in occasions when she can do some of the journey in her own. She hopefully will develop the confidence to travel independently. Year 7 pupils often do not want to be taken to school - although I appreciate that she might be nervous in a new country etc. I hope she really enjoys her new school. |
