| If the London boroughs actively enforced the no idling rule on cars that are parked on the side of the road I would be very pleased as long as it was done ‘fairly’ e.g. the vehicle would need to be idling for 1-2 minutes prior to enforcement. It really p****s me off when I see cars parked up with their engines idling just so the occupant of the car can stay warm, or even worse because the occupant can’t be bothered to turn the engine off. |
