| You are only allowed to enter Devonshire Road from the High Road in order to access the shopping area or Prince of Wales Terrace. Parking in the Devonshire Road shopping area is only available for disabled badge holders or for loading/unloading. What was previously pay-&-display parking is now closed to vehicles, apart from a few disabled bays. |
