Unfortunately, Richard, the sign says simply "access" it does not stipulate for what. It should be clear as day what the intention is at that precise location. That's what signs do. A stop sign is at the point where you should stop. It isn't down the block and to the left. The explicit detail of this plan lives only here online. Looked at another way, does the existing sign refer drivers to you, our local expert? Or refer drivers to a link to specics? No. Nor would it. The legal wording on the sign which thus makes the contract simply says access. People access Glebe Street. They didn't make the sign. They only obeyed it.

Again I ask, why? As well as why there isn't a so-called white list for this location as there is for every other LTN proposed?
