| Jennifer the reason that you see the 'grievance and negativity' is because as you rightly say, the lack of management, there is none. I think the issue I had that was dealt with came through the welcome intervention of a local councillor otherwise I suspect I'd still be waiting. As Bernard mentioned there are some with roots growing under their houses who first contacted HH years ago and you can see this by the size of some of the roots. |
