| What a shame that the only responses have been grievances and so negative. Of course, trees need proper management but I love trees, especially those tall majestic chestnuts. Hartington Road used to have a glorious archway of these grand trees all the way from the A316. Several have been felled and some replaced with inappropriate cherries, so the management has not been properly considered and acted upon by the local Council. It would be good to think they are now upping their game - trees are the lungs of the World. |
