| Fully agree with Bernard. I raised a tree and also tree root problem with HH years ago. It took them 18 months to accept that it was their tree, having tried to pass it off to H Homes despite being told by both Homes and me that it was Highways responsibility. It was then another 18 months before they came to look at it. Eventually the tree was dealt with but although inspecting and saying they would be back to sort out the root issue, never heard another word. It was shown on the website as having been completed. A friend looked at the problem and fixed it within 5 minutes. Highways have not yet sorted out the rain water drainage pipe the roots damaged and this was around two years ago if I remember correctly. The last thing Staveley Gardens needs is new trees. |
