| I have watched the pigeons perched on the bridge waiting for the bread to arrive and flying down to the restored fountain in search of water before returning to the same place on the bridge. A lady arrived with a carrier bag full of white sliced bread and we were immediately surrounded by dozens of pigeons. The lady was tearing the slices and throwing the pieces on the ground and into the flower bed and gleefully watching them crashing through the plants. |
