| If you look on the other 1st thread you will see that I have already contacted the Mayors Office and been told that it is the responsibility of TfL.. TfL say that the pavement is the responsibility of HH. Whose responsibility is it to clean the people? Having been caught a few times I can say that it isn’t easy and yes, a health risk. |
