| Julian, I'm afraid that Biofuel is a complete non-starter going into the future. The amount by which its production would have to be increased to support the Aviation Industy alone (not even thinking about Ground Transportation) is simply unsupportable. To make Biofuel, we have to grow crops to make Biofuel (only a tiny proportion of Biofuel could be made from waste) in areas where previously they would be grown for food purposes. According to the experts, the World will be facing huge food shortages in the coming decades, so just how could the production of Biofuel crops at the expense of food crops be justified? |
