| I think I have seen another sign by the level crossing in Grove Park. There is certainly one at White Hart Lane where the wait for the trains can be quite long. Not sure many will comply as it means radio and heating off. Walking round London I notice many white vans parked and always with their engines running and, worse, parents near schools waiting for exit time. |
