Hi Phil I work in Newham and 2 years ago received 4 tickets for parking on private land (a housing estate). Issued each time by UK Parking management. They progressed the case to court and increased it to £850 including court costs. I prepared my defence statement and represented myself in court highlighting that the signage was misleading.
