| Hi - I recently received an ANPR ticket for overstaying my allowance of 90 mins in a Lidl car park in Greenford. Issued by Athena ANPR Ltd. Any advice as to whether there's any wriggle room here? I was feeling unwell on the day and I think I slept in the car for a short while before doing my shopping! The advice used to be to ignore these "Civil Parking Charge Notices" but I think the rules have tightened up over the last few years. Thanks! Phil |
