| I already pay for cyclists to go on cycling courses through my taxes as they are provided at no cost to the cyclist. In spite of this, most cyclists seems to think that they do not need to undertake any type of training according to TfL figures (the ones that they do release that is): 81% of cyclists have had not undertaken the cycling proficiency test 57% of cyclists said that had no intention of undertaking training 62% think that they are sufficiently skilled already I have no need to avail myself of these courses as there isn't a single journey that I make that is suitable for cycling. |
