| I think you are right. Having started using them for the last few attempts there hasn't been one available within a reasonable walking distance. They have launched in Newham and Southwark recently so it is a good bet they populated those areas with bikes from Hounslow/Ealing. People hoarding the bikes doesn't explain the problem because those bikes would still be visible on the app. |
