| Not sure what to think of the plan by the owners of the Carvosso restaurant site to build out an exterior seating area onto the pavement. On the one hand I think it would be good for the area in general and there is enough space there to do so without making the pavement too narrow. On the other hand I wouldn't want public land to be given away for nothing. Will they be asked to pay a ground rent if permission is given to use the space? |
