| Last month there was the beautiful story of the Iranian mother who forgave her son's killer as he had the noose around his neck. Under Iranian law she was the one who could kick the chair from under him and cause his death. She later said that her action of forgiveness gave her a sense of peace that killing him would not have done. She could not kill another mother's son. |
