Topic: Sacroiliac dysfunction (hypermobile)

Hi, I regularly go to Andrew Dunham (Chiswick backman) and he's brilliant but the effects of the treatment don't last. I've read about 'Prolotherapy'  treatment on the internet but it only seems to be done in the US. Has anyone had it done here? Or in fact any other more permanent treatment for this? It's so debilitating.I do my back exercises but I do have to sit at a screen all day which of course doesn't help.

Any suggestions welcomed. Thank you
