| Penny, I have found a really useful treatment for my back problems (which I've had for the last 35 years).Cryotherapy.You go into a chamber which is at -135 C, which is extremely cold.You have only your underware on, and you have to keep moving so your feet don't freeze to the floor.What is funny is, you breath falls as snow ! First session didn't do much for me, but the second one on, had great results.I won't attempt to tell you the effects it has on your body (it's all on the net) but at £25 a session, it might be worth a trying it out.It might help.It certainly helped me. |
