Try calling Per who runs the Blag Clubs, 3 in west London, 0207 243 0123. We held an 18th at the club on the borders of Shepherds Bush and Holland Park. There is a small hire charge and a minimum spend required. For an 18th they insist that food is served, either they can provide it or you can. He will let you know if they can manage 17 yr olds mixed in with 18 yr olds. I was very glad to leave it in his capable hands.
