| i agree guys. yes, we have tried a couple of cheeky offers....but non accepted one esate agent told us there had been a higher offer, did we want to increase ours....at the time we said no, as we didnt feel the property was worth more.... i looked on the website a month later and the property was still on the market, so who knows if there even was a higher offer.... |
