| I was going to say the same thing. Estate agents are very very hesitant to put prices down but they are now accept offers which was not happening in January. From what I've seen estate agent price are going to take a while to drop in line with other prices. The case of the flat dropping so much looks like a case of initial overvaluation to me. I know when I sold my last flat a couple of estate agents wanted to put silly prices on it, one wanted to sell if for peanuts and a couple got it about right and sold it for what I was expecting. It's always worth getting several valuations and avoid some estate agent (just to repeat, avoid Foxtons at all costs) |
