| I can't comment about Dukes Avenue Philippa, but there are some streets in Ealing where the raised tree roots mean there is only a flat portion of pavement that is about 1/3rd of the width of the pavement where there are no adjacent trees. It's not pedestrians with good balance, mobility and eyesight who are particularly affected by this, it's those with limited mobility, wheelchairs, and blind or partially sighted who I think are most adversely affected. |
